About the role
On The Spot Development is looking for a talented and result-driven Account Manager to join our in-house team. A person will be responsible for overseeing high-value accounts generating $100k−$1M in revenue annually.

Responsibilities
- Regular communication with key customers through health-check calls and email correspondence
- Aligning R&D team policies and procedures with customers regarding infrastructure, benefits, salaries, budgets, and monitoring their execution
- Providing guidance to customers on company and local market best practices
- Collaborating closely with the Recruiting and HR departments
- Supporting the process of creating new job openings, gathering requirements, and managing communication, while reporting on hiring progress and outcomes
- Overseeing the process of business trip arrangements for employees to the EU, the UK and Israel
- Managing and supervising the organization of events as per customers' requests
- Streamlining document flow management
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1+) is a must
- Having a legal background is highly beneficial for this role
- Previous experience in customer-facing positions is a huge advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic comprehension of recruitment and HR procedures
- Quick learning capabilities with adaptability to evolving environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Independence, high level of accountability, and a proactive approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills
