Offshore development center
Build and operate a full engineering hub in Poland, with recruitment, operations, HR, payroll, and retention managed for you.

Custom software development means building software for one company's specific workflow instead of buying a ready-made product, so the code, the data model and the roadmap belong to that company.
Our practices come from what our teams build: security platforms, AI systems, software at global scale. Team leads meet regularly and bring real cases, so what one team learns reaches the others.
If you’re interested in the full R&D-center version, with recruitment, HR, payroll and legal inside one contract, explore our offshore development center services.
On The Spot Development | In-house hiring | Freelancers or a marketplace | A project outsourcing company | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Time to first engineer | First profiles in 3 to 5 days | A full local hiring cycle | Days, quality unpredictable | Weeks, after a scoping phase |
Who controls the work | You: your sprints, your tools, you approve every hire | You | You, but attention is split across their clients | The company decides who works on it |
What you pay | Gross salary and a fixed fee, shown as separate lines | Salary, taxes, recruiting, office, equipment | An hourly rate with a platform margin | A blended rate |
Who owns the code | Yours, 100%, written into the contract | You | Depends on the contract, often unclear | Yours on delivery, per contract |
Scaling the team | Add engineers through the same pipeline, or move to a full dedicated team | Hire again from scratch | Find and vet each freelancer again | Renegotiate scope |
Risk on exit | Buyout right on any engineer from day one | None, they are your staff | They can leave mid-task | The team disperses when the scope ends |
Best when | The work continues past one release and you want the engineers inside your own team | You have a local pipeline and the budget to run hiring and HR yourself | A short, self-contained task with a clear finish line | A fixed scope you do not intend to own or extend |
Two or more engineering roles are open and your local market fills them slowly or expensively
The product is already live and the work continues after the current release
You want engineers inside your own sprints and code review, reporting to your managers
You need a skill your team does not have in-house: security, data, DevOps, or game engine work
You want the option to move those engineers onto your own payroll later
We prescreen for skills, English and motivation, and share the screening call so you see a candidate before booking your own. Run the technical round yourself, or our CTO or a tech expert runs it to your criteria. You decide who joins.
Every engineer is 100% dedicated to your product, full time. No shared capacity, no engineer split across two roadmaps.
You see each engineer's gross salary and the On The Spot Development management fee as separate lines.
Engineers are employed in Poland on EU contracts, with a working day that overlaps the EU fully and the US East Coast in the afternoon. You get a written cost breakdown per role before you commit.
HR, benefits, payroll, legal, equipment, the office and account management sit with us. You carry product direction and priorities.
If an engineer becomes core to your product, you can hire them into your own company. The right is in the contract from the first day, not unlocked at a milestone we choose.

You tell us the roles, the stack, the seniority and where the gap is hurting. We come back with what those roles cost in Poland, how long each one takes to fill, and which of them we can move on first.
We look at engineers we already work with and at the market: a database of more than 60,000 specialists and 200+ tech communities. You get real CVs with real salary numbers.
We check skills, English and motivation, and share the screening call so you see a candidate before booking your own.
Run it yourself, or our CTO or a tech expert runs it to your criteria. You decide who joins.
We handle the offer, the Polish employment contract, IP assignment, equipment and the Warsaw office. Nothing waits on anything else.
The engineer joins your repositories and board, uses your tools and follows your processes. Payroll, benefits and HR stay with us.
Around 650,000 tech professionals, with roughly 57,000 STEM graduates entering the market each year. Our own database covers more than 60,000 of them.
GDPR, EU-level IP protection and employment contracts your counsel already recognises. No entity to register and no local HR function to build.
CET gives a full working day with the UK and Europe and several hours with the US East Coast.
Total employment cost per senior engineer is materially lower than in the US or Israel at a comparable level, and you see how that cost is built.
We run TechSpot (our own event series in Warsaw), work with 200+ tech communities, and look through open Github-repositories. That is where the engineers who are not actively looking are.
We provide the engineers who build your software. They are employed by us in Poland, work on your product only, inside your repositories and sprints, and report to you. We stay the legal employer and handle payroll, HR, legal and the Warsaw office.
No. We do not sell turnkey delivery against a fixed scope. We staff engineers into your team, or build and run a dedicated team for you. If you need a vendor to own a defined scope end to end and hand it over, a project outsourcing company is the right fit, and we will say so on the first call.
We present the first profiles within 3 to 5 days of the scope call. Rare skill sets take longer, and we say so on the call.
You pay each engineer's gross salary plus a fixed monthly On The Spot Development management fee, shown as separate lines with no bundling. There is no percentage margin on top of the salary. We build a breakdown for your specific roles and seniority levels before you commit.
You do, 100%. Every engineer's work product belongs to you, set out in the contract. The engineers work inside your repositories under your process, and Poland is GDPR-native, so EU data rules apply by default.
Yes. A buyout right applies from day one. If an engineer becomes core to the product, you can convert them to your own headcount instead of losing the knowledge.
Yes. Every engineer is 100% dedicated to your product, full time, with no shared capacity. They keep your context between sprints instead of being rotated off to another account.
Yes. The same sourcing engine adds engineers as the team grows. Past a certain size the question stops being about adding people and starts being about running a team, and that is what our offshore development center services cover, with recruitment, HR, payroll and legal inside one contract.
