About the role
This is a role for an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in Python, generative AI, and LLMs. It involves turning a working proof of concept into a production-ready MVP and laying the foundation for a scalable platform.
You’ll oversee and drive the technical development of our product, working closely with our startup team to deliver a high-quality solution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our product's technical roadmap
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software systems
- Collaborate with our founding team to define product requirements and technical specifications
- Lead the development of our product, ensuring high-quality code and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our product
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on programming languages and AI
- 4+ years of experience in Python and experience with frameworks like Langchain
- Deep understanding of programming languages, including syntax, semantics, and runtime environments
- Experience with vector databases, semantic graphs, and other relevant technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Experience with Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus
