About On The Spot

We bring startups and disruptive tech companies to the local market, offering engineers the opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact products. Join us and become a member of their R&D team while we take care of employment, HR support, a benefits package, and an enjoyable work environment.

About the team

365Scores is a global sports tech hub, serving tens of millions of users with real-time results, stats, news, and content across all major sports. We combine deep tech, real-time data, and massive scale to deliver one of the most engaging sports experiences in the world.

You’ll join the core web team responsible for our main website product, powering high-traffic, highly available services that serve millions of users daily.

About the role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise, especially in React, to help build and maintain core features of our main website and its supporting infrastructure.

You’ll work across the stack — developing scalable user-facing experiences, improving backend integrations, and contributing to the performance, reliability, and robustness of high-traffic services.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with real ownership and opportunities for growth.

  • Contribute to backend development using Node.js and .NET C# (and other languages when needed)
  • Improve performance, reliability, and SEO for high-traffic pages
  • Work with infrastructure tools such as CI/CD pipelines, monitoring dashboards, and cloud-based deployments
  • Integrate with internal APIs and existing databases while maintaining system stability at scale
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features quickly
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to improving development workflows
  • Investigate production issues, propose solutions, and help optimize website loading speed, caching, and overall architecture

  • Strong backend development fundamentals, preferably with Node.js (experience with .NET or Python is a plus)
  • Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows, cloud environments (AWS/GCP), and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to work on high-traffic systems
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, dynamic environment
