Unity-Aura is the market standard for creating rich device experiences that engage and retain customers.It optimize every facet of the device experience, analyze customer engagement at every phase of the device lifecycle and do promotions in a most native way.
Aura was founded in 2010 and has a local presence in 7+ countries. It is directly integrated into more than 1B devices across 77 countries. As a part of ironSource, Aura joined Unity after the merger in November, 2022.
About the role
Aura News is looking for a great graphic designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, as well as Product Design expertise, to join our team and work on new business initiatives with the potential to reach millions of users. This designer will also be responsible for designing business presentations and any marketing materials.

Responsibilities
- Bring new business initiatives to life with incredible graphics and captivating, slick visuals
- Conceptualize, design and develop potential products and experiences from A to Z
- Design and produce client and business presentations
- Create visual assets and Figma prototypes
- Supply Business requirements for product mockups and experience videos
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product designers, performance teams, marketing managers, business stakeholders, and colleagues across the US and TLV offices to deliver the best design solutions
- Support the News Design team when needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in Product design
- Ability to translate abstract, early-stage business ideas into visual narratives
- Comfort working with minimal input and turning sparse materials into coherent solutions
- Strong UI skills and image making capabilities
- A keen eye for detail and delivering pixel perfect solutions
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Slides (or ability to learn & adapt)
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and data visualization
- Ability to distill complex business ideas into clean, compelling visuals
- Fine storytelling skills and image making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — able to collaborate with US-based executives and present ideas clearly
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working across different time zones, with minimal hand-holding
- Highly self-sufficient and dependable
- Experience working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility — takes ownership of a brief from start to finish
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Organized with healthy file management habits
Nice to have
- Experience in Mobile design
- Experience in motion design and video editing
- Copywriting experience (able to assist in inventing/refining messaging)
- Background in Marketing
- Familiarity with white-label platforms
