About the role
We’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our back-office team. The role involves managing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.

Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle
- Managing onboarding and adaptation of new employees (up to 100)
- Conducting 1-1 meetings and exit interviews, assisting with performance review and retention processes
- Supporting employees throughout all stages of their employment
2. Manager Partnership
- Consulting managers on HR-related topics
- Supporting the resolution of complex and conflict situations
- Helping managers drive team engagement and effectiveness
3. Employee Relations & Wellbeing
- Preventing and resolving workplace conflicts
- Supporting and fostering a positive company culture
- Analysing employee satisfaction and engagement levels
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Analysing and improving the benefits package
- Collecting employee feedback on compensation and working conditions
5. Corporate Life & Internal Initiatives
- Assisting in the organisation of corporate events
- Managing company merchandise and internal engagement activities
- Supporting employer branding and internal communications
6. HR Analytics & Processes
- Tracking and analysing HR metrics (turnover, engagement, eNPS, etc.)
- Improving and optimising HR processes
- Participating in HR tools implementation and automation initiatives
- Maintain clear, concise, and accessible documentation for all HR processes, ensuring organisational transparency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Experience working in IT / outstaffing / outsourcing companies
- Strong skills in handling conflicts and complex employee cases
- Experience partnering with managers
- HR analytics and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- As we are working in a multinational environment, knowledge of English at least at B1 level is required.
- Strong focus on delivery. Our ideal candidate does not wait for instructions, but creates them.
- Ability to learn new solutions and tools and adapt quickly. Familiarity with AI and process automation tools will be a significant advantage.
- You should be able to manage your time efficiently under pressure and keep deadlines without missing any details.

- Experience launching HR initiatives and processes from scratch

- Experience in designing and launching Learning & Development initiatives and training programs
