This position is part of our back-office team, supporting the internal operations of the company.
About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our back-office team. You’ll own how we present ourselves, test and refine ideas across channels, and work closely with the Sales team to improve our market positioning.

Responsibilities
- Own and develop the company website: structure, messaging, content, and ongoing updates
- Write and edit high-quality content in English: landing pages, articles, case studies, posts
- Build and evolve content funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
- Craft clear messaging for different audiences
- Launch, manage, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns (organic and paid)
- Generate and test marketing hypotheses: formats, topics, angles, and offers
- Work closely with the Sales team to sharpen positioning and value propositions
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data
Requirements
- Advanced English (written — a must)
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within IT / Tech / Services
- Strong understanding of content marketing and funnel-based growth
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn as a core B2B channel
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver end-to-end results
- Good taste for quality content
