About the role
We’re on the lookout for a creative and technically skilled Motion Designer.
In this role, you’ll use your artistic and technical expertise to create engaging videos for our game ads. You’ll ideate, prototype, and optimize content, integrating AI tools into your workflow.

Responsibilities
- Create Engaging Ads: Develop compelling mobile video ads for user acquisition campaigns including gameplay recordings, 2D and 3D animated motion graphics. Utilize tools like Unity, After Effects, and Blender to craft dynamic animations that enhance ad experiences.
- AI-Powered Creative Production: Use AI tools to generate animation concepts, hooks, and ad variations, accelerating ideation and enhancing creative impact.
- Pipeline Collaboration: Working across new and existing game pipelines to ensure cohesive and efficient production workflows.
- Visual research & Creative innovation: Analyzing competitors trends, researching art references and common creative flow, experiment with new ideas.
- Performance Focus: Gain insights into how your creations drive player engagement, iterating quickly on creative content to optimize results..
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, sharing workflows and best practices, contributing to a culture of innovation, and helping define best practices for AI-driven ad production.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as a motion designer, with 1-2 years in mobile gaming.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing 3D art, 2D animation, and motion design projects with a focus on gaming-related work, and examples of AI-assisted creative workflows or experimentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Unity, Photoshop, After Effects, and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender) and familiarity with AI animation or generative tools. Experience with Spine or Mixamo is a plus.
- Versatility: Adaptable across styles and genres, with a keen eye for detail and strong storytelling skills.
- Video Insight: A solid understanding of player engagement through animation.
- Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving approach and a willingness to experiment and iterate for optimal solutions.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication, a team-focused attitude, and openness to seeking help or clarification when needed.
