About the role
As a Motion Designer / Video Producer, you will be the engine behind our video ad production, ensuring the timely delivery of compelling and data-driven creatives that captivate millions of users worldwide. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the success of our mobile apps.
Your goal will be to produce top-tier video assets designed to steer viewer attention and drive conversions. As a master of motion, you will be working alongside Creative Strategists to brainstorm concepts and then take the ownership of the Visual Art Direction, utilizing a cutting-edge stack of traditional motion tools and the latest generative AI models.

Responsibilities
- High-Volume Production: Execute and deliver a high output of video ads, focusing on speed, quality, and attention-steering mechanics
- Art Direction: Translate conceptual briefs from Creative Strategists into polished, high-impact visual assets
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Partner with strategists to refine hooks and visual metaphors that stop the scroll
- Iterative Optimization: Rapidly produce variations of winning creatives based on performance data to maximize ROI
Requirements
- After Effects Expertise: This is your primary tool. You have a deep understanding of motion curves, pacing, and visual hierarchy
- Adobe CC & Figma Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation, and Figma for design hand-offs
- AI Native: You are comfortable using (and experimenting with) the Image Gen tools like NanoBanana, Imagen, Midjourney, Video Gen tools like Kling, Veo3, or Runway, and Audio Gen tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Suno
- Visual Engineer Mindset: You understand the "science" of an ad—how to manipulate focus, use contrast, and engineer a viewer's journey through a 15/30-second clip
- Efficiency Focus: You thrive in a high-volume environment and look for ways to optimize your workflow without sacrificing visual quality
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in motion design or video editing
- Your portfolio demonstrates high-quality motion work (specifically video ads)
- Familiarity with the mobile apps market is a plus
