About the role
We are looking for a skilled React Developer to design and implement software solutions. You will be responsible for developing user interface components using React.js, Redux, Flux, and Webpack, optimizing front-end performance, and documenting the codebase. This role involves building and maintaining responsive UIs for web and mobile applications, as well as writing, testing, debugging, and implementing code to meet user requirements.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React
- Define coding standards and architecture to build applications on strong foundations
- Mentor team members working on JavaScript applications
- Perform code reviews to ensure standards compliance
- Implement and maintain TDD in applications and continuous integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and sales staff, to deliver high-quality, interactive products on time

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Javascript/Typescript development
- Should understand design patterns and their application to Javascript development
- Must know a modern front-end JS framework like React.js + Redux Additionally, Next.js is a bonus
- Must know functional programming paradigms
- Git and branch management knowledge
- Experience debugging frontend problems and a knowledge of frontend debugging tools
- Should understand OO concepts and their application to Javascript
- Experience optimizing browser loading and rendering
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3
