This job opportunity is for a position within one of our teams. You will be directly employed by On The Spot and will collaborate closely with our partner companies, contributing to their product's journey.
About the team
Our customer is a decentralized crypto trading platform providing real-time market data, advanced automation tools, and non-custodial security. Since its launch in August 2024, the platform has grown rapidly, attracting 10,000 users and facilitating $90M in trading volume.
To support its expansion, they are enhancing its technical infrastructure, strengthening B2B integrations, and developing new automation capabilities. A key focus is building APIs, SDKs, and white-label solutions that allow seamless integration with third-party platforms.
To drive this growth, we’re actively hiring skilled developers across frontend, backend, and DevOps, as well as senior engineers with expertise in system architecture, scalability, and blockchain technology.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to build high-performance APIs, optimize databases, and implement real-time data processing, websockets, and smart contract interactions for trading and B2B integrations.

Responsibilities
- Develop APIs and backend services for high-performance trading and B2B integrations
- Optimize database performance and scalability
- Implement websockets, smart contract interactions, and real-time data processing
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Go, Rust, or Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, and Redis
- Understanding of blockchain transaction processing
- Experience building secure, scalable APIs and SDKs
- Blockchain systems experience
- Defi knowledge
