About the role
Are you a sharp, fast-moving data professional who thrives on owning end-to-end data workflows?
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable insights, building real-time analytics infrastructure, and enabling data-driven decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using PostgreSQL and Aurora RDS
- Creating real-time materialized views with Materialize
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient data models and intuitive dashboards
- Building clear, insightful dashboards in Metabase to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitoring data quality and ensuring data integrity across all stages
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis to drive growth, performance, and optimization initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
- Expert-level SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL
- Solid experience working with relational databases and data pipelines (Aurora RDS is a plus)
- Familiarity with real-time analytics tools (Materialize or similar technologies preferred)
- Proficiency in Metabase or comparable BI/visualization platforms
- Ability to understand and simplify complex business problems using data
- Clear, concise communicator — both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
