This position is part of our back-office team, supporting the internal operations of the company.
About the role
We invite a talented System Administrator to join our in-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our internal infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing technical support to our staff.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining the functionality and ensuring the security (including wireless) of the local network, VPN, video surveillance system, etc.
- Configuration, maintenance and support of Ubiquiti Unifi network equipment
- Administration, creation and deactivation of user accounts during onboarding and offboarding in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, BambooHR, Slack, etc.
- Issuing, replacing and receiving equipment for employees
- Selection, coordination and purchase of equipment and software
- Inventory and accounting of Airtable equipment
- Organization of preventive and repair work on equipment
- Interaction with service providers (in Polish)
- Technical support for MacOS, Windows and Linux users
- Setting up and supporting printers and MFPs
- Ensure backup of important data
- Maintaining documentation of changes in the IT-infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position for at least 1+ year
- English level is not lower than B1+ (Intermediate)
- Polish level is not lower than B1
- High level of independence, responsibility and prompt decision-makingInitiative and proactivity
- Attention to detail, planning skills and good time management
Nice to have
- Installation, configuration and support of accounting programs (1C), as well as Avest cryptographic encryption
