About the role
As a Creative Strategist, you will own the "Thinking Function" of our creative team. You will serve as the bridge between User Acquisition (Data), Creative Production (Execution), and Product to bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and the granular reality of user acquisition.
In many organizations, creativity is a guessing game; here, your goal is to ensure every ad is rooted in data, analysis, and strategy. You will fuel our high-velocity testing engine with high-quality, researched, and structured concepts.
You will work alongside Motion Designers, translating dry user insights into scroll-stopping hooks and scripts that drive massive scale on Meta, Tiktok, Google, and Applovin.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Briefing & Ideation: Own the concepting process. You will own the concepting process, writing detailed briefs that define the angle, tension, hook, and script before production begins.
- Market & Trend Intelligence: You stay on top of trends, user behavior, and creative patterns across platforms. Using tools like Sensor Tower, TikTok Ad Library, and Meta Ad Library, you track key players and emerging signals across relevant niches. You translate these insights into clear creative opportunities. Helping us stay ahead of the market, not just react to it.
- Performance Analysis: Partner with the UA team to analyze creative performance. You will deconstruct why ads win or lose and feed those learnings back into the production loop.
- Direct Response Copywriting: Craft compelling narrative and scripts designed to hook users instantly.
- Creative Collaboration: Strategies often die in the edit. You will collaborate closely with motion designers to ensure the creative output matches your strategic intent on time.
Requirements
- A proven track record as a creative strategist / creative producer / creative exellence manager, or a similar role in performance marketing (best if for mobile apps or SaaS) with at least 2+ years of experience. You have seen enough scale and can tell cases and demonstrate them in the Ads library.
- Understanding of the marketing fundamentals. You are familiar with concepts of competitive advantage and positioning. You can apply these high-level theories to a 15-second Facebook ad.
- Proficiency with ad intelligence tools. You know how to reverse-engineer a competitor's funnel to understand their strategy. You don't guess; you dig. You are comfortable analyzing competitors, reading user reviews, and identifying opportunities.
- AI-native capabilities. You use AI tools to accelerate your research, scripting, and concepting workflows.
