Growth Designer / Product Manager
About On The Spot
About the team
44pixels is a venture capital-funded startup at the forefront of the mobile AI applications industry. Our mission is to revolutionize how users interact with AI through cutting-edge mobile apps.
We sit at the intersection of generative AI and great consumer products and believe that this is a unique moment in time to take AI and make it available to the masses.
Backed by some of the most prestigious names in venture capital, we are on a rapid growth trajectory and are looking to expand our team with innovative, driven, and passionate individuals.
About the role
We’re hiring a Growth Designer / Product Manager, Web Funnels with a light technical edge and keen design eye to own the design and iteration of web-to-app acquisition funnels for subscription-based mobile apps. You’ll work inside a tight growth loop with the CMO, UA, creative, and engineering to ship funnels quickly, measure impact, and continuously improve conversion.
This is not a “make it pretty” role. It’s a conversion + experimentation role where design decisions must survive data.

Responsibilities
- Build and optimize web-to-app funnels (landing pages, quiz flows, pre-sell pages, and install handoffs) with minimal code, using AI tools to accelerate production.
- Collaborate closely with CMO, UA, creative team, and developers to turn hypotheses into shipped funnel variants.
- Plan, run, and review A/B tests across funnel steps (hooks, messaging, layouts, flow length, pricing framing, CTAs).
- Collect and interpret results: identify drop-offs, isolate what changed, and convert learnings into the next iteration.
- Be relentlessly curious about performance: what works, what doesn’t, and why—then act on it.
- Use AI tools comfortably (design + code assistance) to move faster without compromising quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years designing conversion-focused experiences (funnels, landing pages, onboarding-like flows, checkout/subscription flows).
- Strong mobile-first instincts: hierarchy, pacing, clarity, and friction removal.
- Practical experience with at least one builder/tooling approach (examples): Framer, Webflow, or code-based workflows.
- Confidence working with data (CRO mindset): you don’t hand-wave; you measure.
- Strong collaboration and communication: you can align creatives, UA constraints, and dev reality into one shippable plan.
- Comfortable using AI tools daily to assist with coding, prototyping, and iteration.
- Frontend familiarity (React/Next.js/HTML/CSS/TypeScript) or the ability to tweak/ship production-quality UI changes without heavy engineering support.
- Familiarity with web-to-app mechanics: deep links, deferred deep links, attribution basics (UTMs, event tracking).
- You’re proficient with graphics tools (Figma + Photoshop/Illustrator) to create and adapt funnel and ad assets fast
- Conversion copywriting instincts (hooks, offers, framing).
